Friday’s Food & Fitness
Hi friends! How are you? Happy Friday! I hope you have some fun things planned for the weekend. We don’t have anything big planned but hopefully a little R&R!
Welcome to this week’s Friday’s Food & Fitness!
I’m kind of having trouble remembering what I ate this week! That’s never a good sign… haha. Good thing I took some photos.
We had some delicious Plated meals this week. I honestly wasn’t sure of this Thai pork salad with papaya and coconut rice but it was AMAZING! I mean an explosion of delicious flavors that was so satisfying. I loved every bite!
We also had this delicious spaghetti squash with kale and creamy parmesan sauce. So good. I think the cream in the sauce had something to do with it . . .
And I made steak with potato tian and caramelized brussel sprouts. Tian is actually a method for cooking potatoes and not a very good one in my opinion because our potatoes came out hard and not that great but the rest of the meal was tasty!
Besides my babies on board class, I managed to get in a 30 minute PiYo video while the baby happily lounged in his chair. I couldn’t believe it!
I also did a little pilates to rehab my abs. It’s a long road back for them but I’m working on it!
