Hi friends!  We have finally made it to Friday!  Do you have any fun plans for the weekend?  The Hubs is FINALLY coming home from Mexico.  I haven’t seen him since my birthday on Feb 17th.  We don’t really have anything planned though.  Welcome to this week’s edition of Friday’s Food & Fitness. Let’s dive right in.

I would like to say that this week I was prepared.  I took all these photos with natural light in anticipation of this post!  And some of the photos are of my meal prep.  Nice! 

avocado smoothie

I have been on a bit of a smoothie kick since we got back from Vieques where I had an avocado smoothie.  It was so delicious that I decided to recreate it at home.  The only problem was that I couldn’t remember what was in it so I improvised.

[yumprint-recipe id=’12’]I also made this delicious smoothie that I would really classify more as a juice because there is not a lot to it.

[yumprint-recipe id=’13’]For my bday, I got this amazing new water bottle that allows you to infuse your water.  Stuff some mint in the center piece and then viola, mint water!

Oh, and I meal prepped all of this amazing stuff for the week!

Homemade hummus, kale chips, buffalo and salt & pepper cauliflower, fresh veggies.  Lunch is served!

So much fitness this week!  Besides Sweaty Saturday and getting my weight on at home, I’ve been hitting up
