Barre Workout HIIT the Barre Part I

HIIT the Barre™ combines traditional barre strengthening and toning exercises with Hight Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) moves.  This video includes 4 sprints with each sprint containing 1-3 barre toning moves and 1 HIIT exercise.  Prepare to push yourself to your limits and then recover with focused strength training.  Please note that this video includes non-low-impact moves.  You should be in good physical condition to participate in this video and as always, you should consult a physician before starting this workout.  Check it out!
