Hey friends!  How are you today?  Hopefully I have something that will brighten your day a bit!  

I’m a huge fan of using a heart rate monitor while working out.  The only time I don’t use one is during yoga (I believe yoga is a chance to unwind and focus on how you feel rather than the statistics of what you feel).  I love being able to gauge how hard I’m working and how many calories burned in one cardio session.  Even though I don’t count calories, it is good to know how hard I’ve pushed myself in a workout.

I find a heart rate monitor to be especially useful when I’m short on time and just need to get in a quick cardio workout.  I love using my own body weight and performing workouts in sets to get my heart rate up and torch some calories.  Today I’m sharing with you one of my favorite quick cardio workout combos!
