Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps {Healthy Recipe}
This is a good one! I’ve got a delicious and healthy Thai recipe for you! If you are like me and enjoy some great Thai takeout but feel guilty about the amount of oil and coconut milk, you are going to love this recipe. Plus, it is super quick and simple to make, I promise you will finish putting it together before the delivery guy even has time to get to your house!
Ingredients
1 head of butter lettuce, leaves seperated
1/2 pound of ground chicken
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
sriracha to taste (more if you like it spicy!)
1 scallion, chopped
1 mango, cubed
1 red Thai chile, sliced
1 tablespoon of mint, chopped
1 tablespoon of basil, chopped
Directions
1. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and add ground chicken to pan. Add fish sauce and sriracha. Use a spatula to break chicken up and coat it with sauce. Cook chicken until done.
2. Place one lettuce wrap on a plate and add chicken to the wrap. Top with mango, scallion, chile, mint and bail. Wrap, serve and enjoy!
