Hi there! We’ve made it to Day 12 of the Twelve Days of Fitness! I hope you’ve enjoyed the past 11 challenges! Today’s challenge is to go out with a bang. Welcome the New Year feeling great!

12 days of fitness

 

Pick any fitness activity and perform for 30 minutes. It’s simple and it’s reader’s choice so there is no excuse. Try walking, Zumba, barre, running, cycling or even just stretching. You can split it up into three ten minute segments if you like, just get those 30 minutes in!
