Hi there!  It’s Day 3 of the Twelve Days of Fitness.  I hope you are having fun playing along.  Today’s fitness goal kills two birds with one stone: Wrap Presents.  Yep!  You heard me right.  Read on to find out how this seemingly mundane task will get your heart rate going.  Don’t forget to post on Instagram #12daysoffitness!

Since when did wrapping presents become a fitness activity? It is when you do it like this. For every gift you wrap, perform one of these five moves for one minute each. Once you have completed each move once (and you still have more gifts to wrap), start the list over again!

– Jumping Jacks
– Burpees
– Squats
– Pushups
– Tricep dips
