The Twelve Days of Fitness: Day 9
Happy Monday friends! A short week for most people I hope! Tomorrow I’m braving a four hour (without traffic!) drive to my parents house with the babe. I’m hoping all goes well. He likes the car so I’m optimistic! 🙂 We’ve made it to Day 9 of the Twelve Days of Fitness! The days are flying by! Check out today’s challenge.
Top the Tree
Ok it is really just calf raises but you can do them while putting the top on the tree or brushing your teeth (that’s what I do) or whenever you have a few minutes. Do them for one minute and tell me your calves don’t burn! 🙂
