Overnight Oats Four Ways
Hey all! How’s it going? Thank you all so much for the kind comments on yesterday’s post. I feel like I have so many exciting things going on right now and I can’t wait to share everything with you!
One thing I am definitely prepared to share with you is my Overnight Oats Four Ways. I don’t know why it took me so long to get on board with overnight oats. They are healthy, so easy to make and absolutely delicious! The key is to start with the basic recipe and then you can get creative from there.
Basic Overnight Oats
This basic recipe can act as a blank canvas for your overnight oat creations. I like to use an empty almond butter jar and scrap the bits of almond butter off the sides. It prevents waste and is so good!

This recipe is also called the Super Antioxidant Oats recipe because it is so full of awesome, good for you superfoods. Cacao is the dried and fully fermented seed of the cacao tree from which cocoa and eventually, chocolate is made. Cacao in this raw form has some amazing health benefits because it is a rich source of antioxidants such as rocyanidins and flavanoids, which may impart anti aging properties. Raspberries are also known to contain these antioxidants. Basically you eat this for breakfast and you might actually get younger.

A classic. This is your school-kid lunch taken up a notch and eaten much much earlier in the day.
[yumprint-recipe id=’41’]Berry Delicious Oats
Berries are delicious and good for you so obviously they are a perfect addition to overnight oats!
[yumprint-recipe id=’42’]Readers, are you a fan of overnight oats? What’s your favorite breakfast food? If you were stranded on a desert island and could bring only one jar of nut butter with you, what would it be?
