Barre at the Beach

Hi friends!  How was your weekend?  I hope you did something fabulous!  The weather was so nice here but I have terrible seasonal allergies and I was suffering so much this weekend.  I’m hoping it doesn’t last much longer!  Yikes.

So last September I filmed this barre video but the wind in the background was terrible.  I finally started dubbing over my videos and realized I could do that with this video but then kind of forgot about it.  Anyway, I finally committed to editing this video and got about 90% done after days and days of working on it and then . . . the file became corrupted and iMovie crashed every time I opened it.  I can’t even tell you how frustrating this was.  It takes so long to to mute and edit the clips, add music and then do the voiceover.  I was literally voicing over the stretch portion at the end of this 52 minute video when the file became corrupted.  Sigh.  I called Apple and they couldn’t do anything for me.  Double sigh.

My only option was to re-do all the work I had previously done using the raw clips.  Soooo this weekend I started going through my computer and removing some large files so I could start editing the movie for a second time when I found an exported version of my original movie.  WHHAAT!?  I tried uploading it to YouTube and guess what!?  It worked.  I honestly couldn’t believe it.  I almost jumped for joy!!

So, I am extremely happy to post this Full-Length Barre at the Beach for you today!  Unfortunately at the very end during the stretch there is no voiceover because that is when the file became corrupted but about 98% of the video is good to go.
