Friday’s Food & Fitness: Dance Dance Dance!
Hey guys! Happy Friday! Are you excited for the weekend? I have some really fun things planned! Well, in the interest of getting to the weekend faster, let’s dive right into this week’s Food and Fitness!
FOOD
This week started out with this awesome Thai-inspired meal.
Red thai-curry with sea bass, coconut rice and a salad made of papaya, mango, grapefruit, mint, cilantro, shallots with a lime dressing. Holy yum!
For lunch this week I made this delicious fall salad: butternut squash, pomegranate, feta and almonds. So good!
Also on the menu, black bean burgers with sweet potato fries. You guys, you have to try this. So delicious!
And because by the time Thursday rolls around I’m so ready for the weekend to begin I named it: Build Your Own Taco Night! (aka I’m too lazy to make everyone’s tacos for them).
FITNESS
I already told you all about this awesome Zumba master class I took this week but I also took TWO more dance classes this week! I can’t wait to tell you more about them next week. I feel like I hardly worked out at all this week because dance workouts are just so fun! Here’s a roundup of some of my favorite dance workouts, check ’em out!
