Do You Get Naked to Eat Your Fruits and Veg?

So I realized I never showed you guys the amazing feast Pete and I had after our trip to Long Island and our impromptu raid of a local farmers market!  Check it out!

SO DELICIOUS!!!  LOVED LOVED LOVED THE FRESH FRUIT AND VEG!

Which leads me to a question dear readers, do you get Naked to eat your fruit and veg?  Haha, not literally!  I was referring to Naked Juice.  These power packed juices and smoothies have no added sugar or preservatives and many of them contain several servings of fruit and//or vegetables.  Although I prefer to eat my fruits and vegetables, it can be hard to reach the recommended daily requirement (for women that is four servings of veggies and 3 servings of fruit).  I like to give myself a little help sometimes with Naked Juice.

Pete and I both favor the Green Machine which has 2 3/4 apples, 1/2 banana, 1/3 kiwi, 1/3 mango and a hint of pineapple.  It also contains some great veg boosts such as 100mg each of broccoli and spinach, wheatgrass, barley grass and blue green algae.  Sounds gross I know, but it tastes good I promise.  Although you have to be careful when drinking Naked Juice because it still contains about 140 calories per bottle so don’t let the fact that its “healthy” trick you into consuming more calories per day.  Think of it as a replacement for a fruit or veg portion in a meal or a snack.  Some other flavors I enjoy are Berry Blast and Orange Mango.  I’d like to try the Peach Guava and Tropical if I can find ’em!

Readers, do you enjoy Naked Juice?  What’s your favorite flavor?  How else do you meet your recommended fruit and veg intake each day?
