So I’ve been on a real sweet potato kick lately! Did you know sweet potato is:

– Full of fiber that helps keep you full and can promote weight loss.

– Full of Vitamin B6, which helps prevent the hardening of arteries and promotes a healthy heart.

– Rich in Vitamin A or beta-carotene, which is an antioxidant that promotes eye health and helps repair UV damage.

– Rich in Vitamins C & E, also full of antioxidants that help prevent disease.

Good stuff, right?  I’ve had my orange friend for dinner every night this week! #obsession

I’ve got two awesome sweet potato recipes for you to try!

[yumprint-recipe id=’16’]Oh and speaking of obsessions… A Juice Generation just opened up near my apartment.  Oh man, I can’t even tell you how excited I am.  I finally went there this week and got their Hail to Kale with kale, watermelon, apple and lemon.

The small size was actually a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be and I won’t even tell you how much it cost, but man it was amazing!  I’m going to need a loan to support this habit!

Besides hitting up Body By Simone, I’ve been back on a Zumba kick lately.  I’m loving the recent ZIN releases!  Remember back when I did the master class with Loretta Bates, well it was unquestionably amazing but what is even more fun now is that she actually did a lot of the choreography at that class that I am now seeing on the ZIN releases.  How cool is that?  I am so excited to have that same choreo in my living room!

I feel like they are really stepping it up and adding in some more hip hop and other popular modern dance styles to the traditional salsa, merengue, cumbia format.

Oh and because I’ve become totally obsessed with Zumba again, I may have recently purchased something Zumba related that will undoubtedly be making an appearance for a review soon!  🙂

Readers, what’s your latest obsession?  How much is too much to spend on juice?  Can you eat the same thing every night?
